Comfortable 70sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor of a building equipped with a elevator (not suitable for disabled people), the property is 5 minutes walk away from MM Cipro station and about 10 minutes away from the Vatican Museums.
The apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at Autorimessa Pulso & Cirulli, 2 minutes away on foot from the property.

-BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.40m x 1.90m), split A/C, wardrobe and small desk
-LIVING ROOM: sofa, dining table and TV
-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, moka and dining table with two chairs
-BATHROOM: washing machine, shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE. the hot water in the bathroom is provided by a 80lts boiler, in the kitchen by a 25lts boiler

The apartment is ideally located for visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach Cipro metro station, connected to Roma Termini Train station and to the main points of interest in the city

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by regional train or shuttle bus service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by metro to the Cipro stop,5 minutes away from the apartment

From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to the Cipro stop, 5 minutes away from the apartment

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at Autorimessa Pulso & Cirulli, 2 minutes away on foot from the property.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
