Modern Flat x4 SAN PIETRO & VATICAN GARDENS

Cozy apartment located on the first floor of a modern building equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).
In approximately 60 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

The neighborhood is well connected by public transport, as well as being close to the Vatican.
We are in a quiet residential area: a short distance from the panoramic terrace of the Gianicolo and from Trastevere, moreover, you can easily reach the Piazza Navona area and the historic centre.
The space
The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (attention: it is made up of 2 single non-joinable networks), TV and split AC.
KITCHEN: hob with four gas burners, traditional and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, blender and kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, chair and side table.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, sink and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, fan, washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, a cot for babies (NOT equipped with linen)

Autonomous heating.

You can access the shared terrace to admire the fabulous panorama of the Eternal City.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

A few meters from the apartment you have the convenience of having bars, bakeries, typical restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, ice cream parlors, there is also a large Supermarket at 500m (Carrefour Market) and 3 others are located a short distance away for every need!
The apartment is located in a strategic position a stone's throw from the famous Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo from where you can take a wonderful walk in the fascinating historic center to admire our most beautiful monuments (Trevi Fountain , Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna) or walk the shopping streets (via del Corso, via Nazionale, via Cola di Rienzo, via Ottaviano). Also nearby is the Trastevere district famous for its typical restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and clubs for the nightlife of the capital!
Getting around
The apartment is well connected by public transport: bus 64 crosses the entire historic center, taking you from the Vatican to the Colosseum; San Pietro station offers connections to Trastevere and San Paolo; the subway can be reached on foot in fifteen minutes.

The house is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic area and you can find free parking on the street. Otherwise there are paid parking lots nearby:
- Garage San Pietro, Piazza di Santa Maria alle Fornaci 26, the rate is 4 euros per hour / 25 euros per day
- Garage AM-CAR, Via della Stazione di San Pietro 43, the rate is 3 euros per hour / 20 euros per day

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
