Elegant and quiet apartment in the historic heart of Rome, between the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, in the precious setting of a period building, the flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with every comfort, just like at your own home. The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA: sofa, TV and dining table with chairs. AC split.
Kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and various utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. AC split.
BEDROOM 2: double bed, chair and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3: single bed, desk and mezzanine with a mattress.
BATHROOM 1: bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2: shower (with step), Sanitrit toilet and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: fan and unlimited wifi.
Independent heating with heat pump.

The apartment is located in one of the most famous areas within Rome historic center, less than 10 minutes walk away from the Colosseum and San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica. The location is perfect to visit the main points of interest in the city on foot or by public transportation (Colosseo and Manzoni metro stops). After visiting the Colosseum, along the ancient and suggestive Via dei Fori Imperiali you will arrive in Piazza Venezia, and from here you can walk along Via del Corso towards Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station via Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station, you can reach the apartment by line 714 to "Nervi / Palazzo Sport" stop, 4 minutes walk away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the "Cinecittà" subway by 520 line then you can continue by subway to "Manzoni" stop, an 8-minute walk from the apartment

-From Rome Termini Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 714 to "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 4 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at the Parkolosseum garage (4 minutes away on foot).
