The quiet apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building with a lift (NOT suitable for the disabled).
In 55 square meters of space it accommodates 4 people, with two bedrooms.
Located in the heart of the Prati district, one of the most chic districts of the city, a few steps from Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican Museums.
The area is also well served by several bus lines and also by the underground (the closest stop is Ottaviano, just a few steps away).
The internal space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA: kitchen equipped with four induction hobs, fan oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensils. Dining area with shelf and stools.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe and two-seater sofa. AC split.
BEDROOM 2: double bed, armchair and wardrobe. NB: the TV is not functional. AC split.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, fan, washing machine, clothesline.
Scheduled condominium heating with solenoid valves for easy temperature regulation.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
The Prati district is adjacent to the Vatican City.

Tram 19 and other bus lines serve the neighborhood and the surrounding areas in a capillary manner. It is also easy to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you can reach Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo or the Vatican Museums.
The area is also rich in bars, restaurants, pubs to satisfy every appetite and the shopping streets such as Via Cola di Rienzo are practically located near the house.
