Cozy 60 sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people - some steps to access it). The property is located in the San Giovanni area, about 13 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica and just 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, ideal for reaching the main places of interest. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, double bedroom and bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV, wooden table and chairs, split A / C, chest of drawers;
-KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge and freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven and microwave, shelf with two stools, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with double bed, split A / C, wardrobe;
-BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
-TERRACE equipped with table and chairs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited pocket WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, hot water.

ATTENTION: To access the terrace it is necessary to take 2 steps; also to access the bathroom it is necessary to take a step.

-From the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport of Fiumicino, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the fast regional train to Rome Termini Station, from which it is possible to take the subway (Line A) to the "Colosseo" stop (2 stops) , about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to the "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which you can take the metro A to the "San Giovanni" stop (11 stops), about 15 minutes on foot from the property. Or from the "San Giovanni" metro stop you can take bus 81 towards "Navicella / Porta Metronia" to the "Porta Metronia" stop (3 stops), about 2 minutes walk from property.

-From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by underground (line A) to the “Colosseo” stop, about a 15-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park (for a fee) on the street or at the Super Garage Metronio in Lungo Fernando, a 7-minute walk from the property.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
