Comfortable apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat is located in the very central district of Santo Stefano (ZTL), near the University and the Sant'Orsola hospital. It is located a few steps from the Chiesa dei Servi with its large portico, from Piazza Aldovrandi, which brings the area to life with its clubs, and from the Davia Bargellini Museum. In a few minutes on foot you can also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore and all points of interest.
The 55 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (a low step is noted at the entrance) and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster and microwave
- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV
- BEDROOM I with two single beds that can be joined into a double, wardrobe and split A/C
- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and split A/C
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Note a low step that separates the sleeping area from the living area.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
Baby cot on request (for a fee).

N.B.: the accommodation is located in the pedestrian ZTL.

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
The accommodation is located in a very central position: in the elegant Santo Stefano district, a few minutes' walk from the University and the Sant'Orsola Hospital. We are in an area full of traditional and ethnic restaurants, museums and art galleries, typical bars and widespread services. All the main points of interest can be reached on foot and the basic services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are in fact within 450 metres.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is located in a pedestrian ZTL, pay attention! We recommend leaving your car at Onepark - Bologna Parking, in Via Zaccherini Alvisi, a 13-minute walk from the accommodation (1 km).
