Furnished with the typical wooden furniture of mountain houses, this flat is perfect for a stay away from technology and is equipped with comfort. The private garden (and the barbecue) will allow you to relax in summer, while in winter you will be a few km from several ski resorts.
The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe.
-BEDROOM 2: bunk bed, wardrobe.
-LIVING ROOM / LIVING AREA: wooden dining table with benches, kitchen, direct access to the garden.
- KITCHEN: hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM: bathtub with hand shower, bidet, WC.
- GARDEN: equipped with outdoor table and chairs + mobile barbecue + umbrella.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: private parking (two parking spaces), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe. For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
