Comfortable and cozy apartment of about 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor without lift (36 steps) of a historic building. The property is located in the city center (Traffic Restricted Area), overlooking the lively Piazza delle Vettovaglie, a few minutes on foot from all the attractions of the center and the main services.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- LIVING ROOM with 32 inch TV, two sofas and dining table;

- BEDROOM II with single bed (+ 1 pull-out single bed), bridge wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, A/C (split in the two bedrooms), fan, iron and ironing board, washing machine (in the bathroom), drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment could be noisy as it is located in the heart of the city center.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.


The apartment is centrally located, in "Santa Maria" district, in an area with all the main services, a few steps from the lively Piazza delle Vettovaglie, the heart of the city's nightlife. In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach many points of interest, including the Lungarno, Piazza Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli.
Pisa Central Station, hub of all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is less than 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by public transport.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to find several paid parking lots (blue lines) around the property (it could be difficult); alternatively, it is possible to park in Piazza Francesco Carrara, open 24 hours, 700 meters from the apartment.
