Comfortable and bright apartment of about 80 square meters, with a large balcony, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 4th and last floor of a building with lift.
The property, with a stunning view overlooking Pisa and Lungarno, enjoys a strategic position, being located in a residential area full of services, just over 10 minutes on foot from the center.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with single bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedrooms and in the living room), central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, trouser press, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- It is not possible to leave bicycles at the entrance;
- The lift ONLY goes up to the 3rd floor. To reach the apartment (on the 4th floor) it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs.

The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests!

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but at the same time full of services and well served by public transport. A few steps from the accommodation it is possible to find the Lungarno, while the city center can be reached with a walk of about 15 minutes or by public transport (bus stops of Line 4 and 5 are just a few minutes on foot from the property). Pisa Central Station, hub of the main lines of public transport to reach the most important points of interest in the city, is about 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by public transport.

- Piazza dei Cavalieri: 15 minutes on foot / 15 minutes by public transport;

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service (5 minutes, 5 euros each way). From the station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment thanks to several bus lines or with a walk of about 15 minutes.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several bus lines (Line 2, 4, 13, LAM Rossa, LAM Verde), stopping just a few steps from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation on foot in about 15 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available for a fee (blue lines) around the property. If you want to park for free, there is a car park in Lungarno Guadalongo, a 10-minute walk from the property.
