The space
Apartment of about 90sqm is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (there are several steps to access), all the rooms are very bright, the bedrooms are both double, one is very large, has a beautiful sea view and has direct access to the balcony. The living room is spacious, like the master bedroom it has a fantastic sea view and access to the terrace, the strong point of the house!

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, queen sofa bed, dining area, TV and access to the terrace;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and various kitchen utensils;
TERRACE with a fabulous sea view, furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs;
BEDROOM 1 with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
BEDROOM 2 equipped with a double bed

Other things to note
At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
