Apartment located on the second floor of a three-story building with no elevator.
In 60 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 6 people, with one double bedroom, one with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
The property is located in the heart of Ferrara's historic center (within the ZTL, free parking nearby), a few minutes' walk from the main attractions of the center, including the Cathedral and the Estense Castle.
It enjoys a central but not very noisy location.

The interior space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA: dining area with double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with four gas burners, refrigerator, mocha coffee maker, microwave and traditional oven, various cooking utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, two bedside tables with abat jour and closet.
BEDROOM 2: two single beds NOT joinable, two bedside tables with abat jour and closet.
BATHROOM: bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, toilet and washbasin.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: A/C split located in the entrance hallway, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

A balcony with a table and two chairs, also present a storage room and washing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara Railway Station, it is possible to take several buses (including bus n. 1/6/9/11/331) to "Cavour P. Beretta" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in less than 15 minutes.

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 40 minutes by car/taxi;

- If you are traveling by car, please note that the property is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for free in Corso Isonzo or at EX MOF free parking (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
