It accommodates 4 people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, in 43 square meters of space.
We are located in a residential area, close to the Ospedale Maggiore and Fiere di Parma, 5 minutes from the entrance to the Ducal Park and 25 minutes from the central Piazza Garibaldi. Also convenient for the University, and the bus stop a few meters away.
Road closed, possibility to park for free in the neighboring streets. Exclusive uncovered parking space inside the building.

First floor.
LIVING AREA: kitchenette complete with moka pot, traditional oven, kitchen utensils and dining area with table and 4 chairs, double sofa bed, 32" TV.
COMPLETE BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

Second floor. There are internal stairs.
BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe and split A/C.
SERVICE BATHROOM: sink, bidet, toilet and direct access to the terrace.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: free unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.
Autonomous heating.

- PARMA AIRPORT: 30 minutes away with bus no. 6 to the Cornocchio stop.

- TRAIN STATION: less than 15 minutes away with bus n. 20 to the via Reggio via Vasari stop.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: road closed, possibility to park for free on the white lines in the neighboring streets. Exclusive uncovered parking space inside the building.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
