From Bologna Marconi Airport: take the Marconi Express to Bologna Central Station and continue by train to Parma Station. Take bus no. 12 to the Casale Di Basilicanova stop. Travel time: approximately 2 hours.
From Parma station: Take bus no. 12 to the Casale Di Basilicanova stop. Travel time: 30 minutes.
If you arrive by car: a residential area 10 minutes by car from Parma centre. Private parking inside the courtyard, uncovered.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
