The property is located in the heart of the historic center (Traffic Restricted Area), inside Vucciria area, one of the city's historic market, and within walking distance of all the main attractions of Palermo.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and small three balconies.

- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk,TV, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with queen-size bed, TV, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- THREE SMALL BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the two bedrooms), iron, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step to access BEDROOM II from the kitchen.

PLEASE NOTE: the property is located in the heart of Palermo centre, next to a market that is active day and night. The area can be noisy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 2.00 per person per night of stay.

- For those traveling by car, pay attention because the property is located inside a Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee at Parcheggio Venezia, in Via Venezia 22/24, a 3-minute walk from the property.
