Vittorio Emanuele Charming Flat with Balcony

Charming 60 sqm apartment, for 5 people, located on the 1st floor of a renovated period building (NO lift; 38 steps). The property is located in the center of Palermo (Restricted-Traffic Area), a few steps from the main attractions of the city such as Piazza Pretoria and the historic Vucciria market.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob - 2 burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table and double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed (pouf), smart TV (32 inches), clothes stand and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet;
- BALCONY (15 sqm).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step between the living area and the sleeping area.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele and a short distance from Via Roma, the main streets of the city. From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in Palermo, admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. On foot it is possible to reach Piazza Pretoria, Massimo Theater, the Cathedral, Martorana and San Cataldo Churches, as well as the historic palaces of the Palermitan nobility, known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.
About 1 km from the property, in the Marina Yachting area, it is possible to find the surprising Dancing Fountain, the largest in Italy, with extraordinary evening shows.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in just over 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by several buses to "Roma - Lattarini" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, please note that the property is located within the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian). It is possible to park for a fee in several garages around the property. In addition, it is also possible to park at the car parks in Piazza Marina, a 3-minute walk from the property.
