Cozy 60 sqm flat that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in the center of Palermo, a few steps from the Whitaker Foundation Park and from Palermo Lolli station from which several bus lines also pass, with which it is possible to reach the historic center in just over 10 minutes.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and two balconies.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A / C, desk and access to the balcony.
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and kitchenette.
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, electric oven, kettle, access to the balcony.
- BATHROOM with washing machine, shower, bidet, toilet.
- TWO BALCONIES.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, A/C with heat pump, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the building.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo market. A few steps away it is possible to find the park of the Withaker foundation, one of the most notable examples of a private garden built in Sicily in the second half of the nineteenth century. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and the main points of interest, but it is also possible to use public transport that stops near the Palermo Lolli station.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

The city tax must be paid cash upon arrival: 2,00€/guest per night of stay.
