Roomy and bright 120 sqm apartment, for 5 people, located on the first floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo (Traffic-Restricted Area), a few steps from all the main attractions and boasts a wonderful view of the Teatro Massimo.
The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and three bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle, table and wine glasses;
- DINING AREA with dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, clothes stand, armchair and access to the balcony with table and chairs;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, desk, clothes stand, armchair and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III (in the hallway that gives access to the other two bedrooms) with single bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM I with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower (raised), sink and toilet;
- FOUR BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split in the two double bedrooms), washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The accommodation is located in Piazza Verdi, in the heart of the center of Palermo. The large number of restaurants, pizzerias will give you the opportunity to try the delicious Sicilian gastronomy. A few steps from the apartment, it is possible to find some of the main monuments of the city, such as the Massimo theater, the antiques market known as "Mercato delle Pulci", the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, the Martorana Church and the San Cataldo Church.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comade bus service to the Central Station. From the Central Station, it is possible to take bus n. 101 to “Roma-Poste” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. By taxi it is possible to reach the structure in 30 minutes (depending on the traffic).

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

- From Palermo Central Station, is possible to take bus n. 101 to Roma-Poste" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, pay attention, the structure is located inside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park, for a fee, at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6. Alternatively, paid parking (blue lines) available in Piazza Sant'Onofrio.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.
