Modern 130 sqm apartment with two balconies, able to accommodate 8 people, located on the 4th floor of a modern building with lift (NOT suitable for the disabled - 6 steps to access to it). The property is located near via Libertà, in an area full of services, a stone's throw from Notarbartolo Station and the English Garden.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofas, dining table, smart TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with double bed, desk, wardrobe;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C (split in the living room and in the three bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (in the laundry room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and well served by public transport, which will allow you to reach all the main points of interest in the historic center of Palermo. Palermo Notarbartolo Station as well as the lively Via della Libertà and the English Garden are just a few minutes on foot from the property. In addition, 806 bus stops a stone's throw from the accommodation and takes you directly to Mondello Beach in about 30 minutes.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines that arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to take the regional train from the airport to Palermo Notarbartolo station, less than a 10-minute walk from the property.
