Palazzo Butera Cozy Studio Apartment

Comfortable 50 sqm apartment, able to accomodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated building. The accommodation is located between the Foro Italico and the historic center and 2 minutes on foot from Palazzo Abatellis. It is possible to park for free in front of the apartment along the road.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe, TV.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer, electric oven, kettle, coffee machine (Lavazza my way).
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C (two splits) with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack.

The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, between the Foro Italico and the seafront, and 2 minutes on foot from Palazzo Abatellis. In the immediate vicinity it is possible to find Palazzo Butera, Porta Felice and the Mura delle Cattive. From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest while admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city. On foot it is possible to reach the port and the Garibaldi Garden, Piazza Pretoria, the Massimo Theater, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony of the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking on foot you get lost among the historic palaces of the Palermitan nobility and known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the city center with the Prestia and Comandè shuttle service stopping at Palermo Central Station, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to line 224 with the "Lincoln Villa Giulia" stop, a 6-minute walk away.
By taxi you will arrive at the apartment in 40 minutes (it may vary according to traffic).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus line 224 with the "Lincoln Villa Giulia" stop, a 6-minute walk from the structure.

- It is possible to park, for a fee, at Aiutamicristo garage of Ministeri Anna Maria in Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 41, a 10-minute walk from the structure.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Silence from 10 pm to 8 am.
