Roomy apartment of 45 sqm located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (you have to take a step of 4/5 cm to access it), perfect for 2 people. The property is located in the heart of Palermo historic city center, in the Ballarò market area, 450m away on foot from Piazza Pretoria, 500m away from the Cathedral and 500m away from Via Vittorio Emanuele.

The flat is located within the Restricted Traffic Area.

The apartment of about 45 sqm is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (you have to take a step of 4/5 cm to access it).

The property is composed as follows:

-LOFT BEDROOM with double bed, "32 inch" TV, clothes stand;
- KITCHEN with DINING AREA (dining table and sofa) equipped with gas hob, fridge and freezer, moka coffee maker, electric oven, various kitchenware, wine glasses, split A/C with heat pump;
-BATHROOM with shower and wc with hand shower

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, soundproofing windows, heating via split, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

ATTENTION: The height of the loft is about 170 cm.
To access the loft bedroom you need to take 10 steps. Pay special attention if traveling with children.

PLEASE NOTE: Heating is only by heat pumps.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo historic city center, a few steps away from Piazza Pretoria (450m) and Via Vittorio Emanuele (500m), the oldest street in the city, commonly named "u Cassaru".
In a few minutes on foot you can easily reach the Palermo Cathedral and Cappella Palatina and Palazzo dei Normanni. From here it is easy to reach the Cappuccini Catacombs by taking the 327 line in Piazza Indipendenza.
Walking along Via Vittorio Emanuele, in 5 minutes you can easily reach Quattro Canti, Fontana Pretoria and Martorana Church.
You can find historical and characteristic markets in the city originated during the French, Arab or Spanish dominations, such as the famous Vucciria, the Capo, Ballarò.
The neighborhood is well served with all the necessary comforts for your stay, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

By taxi, it is possible to reach the apartment in 33 minutes (travel time depends on traffic).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes.

- The property is located inside the city center restricted traffic area (PLEASE, pay attention to the accesses); if you're travelling by car, you can park at parking lot in Piazza Allessandro Vanni (12 min walk from the property), or at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6 (13 min away).

City tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: 1.5€/guest per night of stay.
