Cozy 40sqm apartment, located on the second floor of a characteristic Palermitan building without elevator, able to accommodate up to 3 people.
The property is located less than 6 minutes on foot from Palermo Central Station, in an ideal position for visiting the historic center and all the main points of interest on foot or by public transport.

The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM: double bed, TV, split A/C, single sofa bed*, wardrobe with small chest of drawers, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), kettle, glass dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, electric oven, kitchenware and wine glasses;
-BATHROOM: with shower box, bidet, wc;
-BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hot water, soundproof windows.

*Single folding bed for the third guest (to be located in the bedroom).

PLEASE NOTE: To access the apartment it is necessary to go up the stairs (the apartment is on the second floor of a buildling with NO elevator).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

From there it is possible to reach Via Roma thanks to public transport (or in 14 minutes on foot), the center of Palermo shopping and entry point for Corso Vittorio Emanuele: you are in the heart of Palermo, along the Arab-Norman UNESCO route, but you are also in the center between piazza Massimo and piazza Pretoria, between piazza Marina and piazza Del Parlamento, between the historic and popular markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria where the Palermo nightlife is more lively and intense.
