Quiet and very comfortable apartment of about 35 square meters is located on the ground floor of a characteristic building.
BEDROOM: equipped with a queen bed and a wardrobe.
LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, sofa and Smart TV
KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
GARDEN 20 sqm: a truly enchanted place, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00
