The space
Exclusive design apartment of 130 square meters of cicra is located on the second floor of an elegant building without a lift. Perfect for 4 people it is located in the historic center just a few steps from Piazza dei Signori and the Scrovegni Chapel. The opportunity not to be missed!
Internally the accommodation consists of:
ROOM 1: elegant master bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200 and wardrobe.
ROOM 2: with 2 single beds (of 80x200) and wardrobe
LIVING ROOM: with relaxation corner, sofa and Smart TV (ONLY film with NETFLIX).
DINING ROOM: with design dining table and sitting area
KITCHEN: has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
BATHROOM 2: with bathtub and bidet
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (4 split), independent heating with the boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.
A member of our Team Padova will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange your check-in. They will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. I kindly ask you to agree the time and details of your check-in directly with them

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.
