Charming studio perfect for 3 guests and equipped with every comfort is located in the historic center of Padua. We are just a few steps away from the marvelous setting of the Squares of the Herbs and the Fruits, nearbythe old layout of the medieval walls. All the main tourist attractions of the city can be reached in a few minutes on foot!
Attention: the apartment is located in the ZTL.

Comfortable 35 sq.mt studio apartment located on the second floor of an elegant period building without a lift. Our district is the historic center of Padua. Staying here, you don't need a car or public transport! The whole history of the city you can enjoy it by foot!
Internally the accommodation consists of:
NIGHT AREA: equipped with a queen bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe.
KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, air conditioning (1 split that also works as a heat pump), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
