BED ROOM: It has a French bed, which is slightly smaller than a double bed. Generally designed to accommodate only one person, the French bed can also be used in two. It is designed to provide maximum comfort if used alone, or to be closer in pairs.

BATHROOM: shower box, toilet and bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: central heating, unlimited WiFi, storage room, television, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and washing machine.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
