Wonderful apartment ideal to accommodate up to 4 people and located in a typical stone building, a few steps from the historic center of Ostuni. The flat is very suggestive, thanks to the internal architecture that preserves parts of the original walls and the typical stone vaults, and equipped with every comfort: smart TV, a splendid bathtub in an alcove with window, a balcony and two terraces where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation with an enchanting view of the city and the sea.

The 37 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street and is divided into several levels. Therefore, it is necessary to climb several flights of stairs.

On the first floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, we find:
- Kitchenette in a typical niche equipped with gas hobs, microwave oven and kitchen utensils
- Living room with queen sofa bed in an alcove, smart TV, dining table and fridge with freezer
- Bedroom with queen bed, mosquito net, chest of drawers and clothes hanger
- Bathroom with wc and shower box
- Street view balcony with small table and chairs x2.
On the second floor there is a bathtub in an alcove with window and a first terrace overlooking the roofs.
On the third and top floor we find a second terrace with sea and city views.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Vodafone UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, two fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B .: the wi-fi router is shared with the apartment below.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

At the time of check-in, a deposit of 10 euros will be required for the correct disposal of waste, which must be carried out according to the calendar present in the house.

The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above the sea, in Murgia, and it's one of the most renowned cities in Salento.
The White City is named after the color of a large part of its buildings, mostly in the historical center. In the past, because of the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime, in order to make them antiseptic. Hence the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and iconic.

The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea.
The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio.
On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario.

Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved.
Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals.

One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas.

The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) in Via Garibaldi or in Via Umberto I, both about 3 minutes walk from the flat. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Ostuni Parking, located in Via Antonio Specchia 43, 1 km from the flat.
