Lovely apartment for 4 people in a completely renovated building, located in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the historic center of Abano Terme. The flat is 5 minutes away by foot from San Lorenzo Cathedral, 10 minutes away from Piazza Mercato and 600 m away from Ca' Grande mall.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: free WiFi, Smart TV, underfloor heating and AC.
Possibility to park under the house along the street for free on the street.
The 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of Torre Belvedere building, equipped with lift (you have to call it from the ground floor by placing the key card on the grey card reader, once you get on the lift you have to place it again on the reader and then you can select the floor)
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, dining area, 4 burners induction plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, mircowave, moka, electric kettle, kitchenware, sofa bed and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet, shower box;
Additional facilities available for guests: underfloor heating, free WiFi, split AC, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and baby chair (on request).
Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night, for the first 7 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Abano Terme.
The city is divided into two centers: one historic (Abano Vecchia or Abano Centro) and the other purely tourist (Abano Nuova). The historic centeris developed around the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. The accomodation is located in the part of Abano Vecchia, very convenient to the center. Perfect area for spas and excursions to the Euganean Hills.
Abano and Montegrotto Terme are Europe's oldest and most important spa and have been a tourist destination for more than 2000 years due to the hot thermal waters and healing mud with important therapeutic properties. These two adjacent cities are located in an area to be visited.
Just 8 minutes away by foot from the apartment, you can find the Sartori Mask Museum, where a part of the precious collection of theathral masks is on display, masks produced by the sculptors Amleto and Donato Sartori in more than 80 years of creative activity, along with an amazing quantity of masks, original geo-ethno- anthropological masks and works from the most varied cultural areas of the world.
The flat is a stone's throw from bars and pizzerias, from the San Lorenzo pharmacy (280 m by foot) and 600 m away from the supermarket in the Ca' Grande mall.
Castles, Venetian villas, abbeys, medieval villages ... there are many ideas for spending pleasant hours immersed in history, surrounded by an unforgettable atmosphere!
HOW TO ARRIVE
By car
For those traveling on the A4 Turin-Trieste motorway, the recommended exit is Padova Ovest, whether you are coming from Milan or from Venice; from here continue along the Tangenziale Ovest (Corso Australia) following it southwards until you reach the new link road for Abano which in a couple of minutes leads to the large roundabout at the entrance to the spa.
Those arriving from the A13 motorway (Bologna-Padua) can exit at the Terme Euganee exit, take the SS Adriatica in the direction of Padua until reaching the junction of the new ring road that quickly leads to the spa.
On the train
The nearest train station is Terme Euganee in Montegrotto. Otherwise equally convenient is the station of Padua, on the Milan-Venice line, where all the trains stop. The buses of the A, AT, M, T and TL lines leave every 15 minutes from the station square, heading to Abano (journey time 30 minutes). Both stations have a taxi service.
By plane
Even the plane can be the right mean to reach Abano. The nearest airport is Venice (60 Km) where the major national and international airlines make a stopover. Also the international airports of Treviso (70 Km) and Verona (80 Km) are still close enough and easy to reach.
