The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, in the university area in an animated but at the same time safe neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, bars and restaurants.
Behind Piazza Maggiore, near the Central Station and the bus station and a few minutes walk from the main monuments, squares and museums, is the ideal place for those who want to discover the city by walk.
This central district is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs, cinemas and theaters. Furthermore, it is well connected to the outlying areas: the stop for line 28 for the Fair is only 200 meters away and the one for the airport shuttle at 300 meters.
The studio, about 32 square meters large, is located on the ground floor of a typical bolognese building. Internally the house consists of a sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed and a wardrobe for personal belongings. There is also a relax corner with a sofa in the room.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and equipped with a table, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and moka.

There are numerous local restaurants in the area, open at any time, for an aperitif or a break between visits to one place and another.
Always with a walk there are many places for shopping in unique shops where you can find very special items or clothing.
Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is well placed for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking view of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
