Panoramic Flat between Materdei and Fontanelle

Recently renovated panoramic apartment, equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 5 people, with two bedrooms, balcony and equipped terrace offering a wonderful view of Naples. The flat is very quiet as it is located in the Parco Soave residential complex, between the liberty-style residential area of ​​Materdei and the folkloristic area of ​​Sanità and Fontanelle, in a convenient position for visiting the city thanks to the proximity of the Materdei metro just 300 meters away.

ATTENTION! The lift is currently NOT USABLE because it is FAULTY. You need to climb the stairs to the SIXTH floor to access the apartment.

The building is located inside the Soave Park, a residential complex with daytime concierge and a second entrance from Via Alessandro Telesino 17: both entrances are accessible with the same remote control that opens the two different gates.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa, dining table and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, TV and balcony with table and chairs x2
- Bedroom II with two single bunk beds, third single bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony with panoramic city views, equipped with table and chairs x2 and deck chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split Air Conditioning in the corridor to cover the two bedrooms, central heating, washing machine, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for exclusive use of the Guests!

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

Late check in:
- From 21:30 to 23:30 - €10,00
- From 23:30 to 24:00 - €30,00
- From 24:00 to 01:30 - €40,00.

In order to provide you a smooth process of check in, please advise your Key Holder in advance your approximate time of arrival.

Our panoramic apartment is located in the Soave Park, between the liberty-style residential area of ​​Materdei (further downstream of the city) and the folkloristic area of ​​Sanità and Fontanelle. It is the perfect destination for those who want to easily reach the tourist and archaeological attractions of the city, and relax in a quiet and panoramic residential area. The folkloristic area of ​​Sanità, with its markets and restaurants typical of the Neapolitan tradition, are easily reachable from the second access of the park. Equally very close are the Fontanelle Cemetery, the catacombs of San Gennaro and the Capodimonte museum. It is also only 300 meters from the Materdei metro station which connects the main destinations of the city, 700 meters from the Santa Teresa degli Scalzi bus stop and 1.2 km from the Cavour metro station. All essential services are close at hand: bars, pharmacies and supermarkets are within 250 meters.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station. From the station, take the L1 underground to the "Materdei" stop, 300m from the property.

- From Naples Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with the L1 underground to the "Materdei" stop, 300m from the property.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park inside the Soave Park (NOT assigned and NOT guaranteed). Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at 2F Parking, located in Calata Fontanelle 6, 400m from the flat.
