ATTENTION: another apartment in the building is undergoing work, so there may be some noise.

The apartment of approximately 55 m2 is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people, we also point out the presence of steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
KITCHEN CORNER: with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, Delonghi coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
LIVING AREA: with sofa, dining area and TV
BEDROOM: with a queen bed, a desk and wardrobe
BATHROOM: with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
TWO BALCONIES: one of which is furnished with table and chairs

Additional services available to guests: Unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom), central heating with thermovalves, washer / dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
