Comfy studio of 30sqm located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access). It can accommodate up to 2 people! The apartment is located a few steps from the stop of tram 14, heading to the central areas of Brera, Piazza Duomo and Via Torino and about 1.4km far from the train station "Milano Certosa". Just 3.9km from the clubs and the nightlife of Corso Sempione, the accommodation is perfect for business or tourist stays!

ATTENTION: work is underway inside the building, therefore there may be some noise.

The accommodation of 30 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access). To access the apartment there is a walkway. Please pay special attention if you are travelling with children.

The interior space is composed as follows:

-LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, oven and microwave, moka coffee maker, fridge with small freezer, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses) dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, Split A/C.
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
