The property is located a few steps from the Navigli, an area rich in all services and well connected by public transport.
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed, dining table, TV 37", ceiling fan, split A/C and access to the balcony;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In 15 minutes walk it is possible to reach the beautiful double church of San Cristoforo, two churches side by side wonderful and unmissable, and in 20 minutes it is possible to find the brand new Museum of Cultures (MUDEC).

Agostino", from which it is possible to reach the stop of "Viale Coni Zugna Via Solari" (3 minutes walk) and take tram n. 14 to the stop "Via Giambellino Via Vignoli", 3 minutes from the property.
Alternatively it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 50 minutes (57 Km).

- From Milano Centrale Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M2 Verde to the stop "S. Agostino", from which it is possible to reach the stop of "Viale Coni Zugna Via Solari" (3 minutes walk) and take tram n. 14 to the stop "Via Giambellino Via Vignoli", 3 minutes from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park at Garage Vespri in Via Vespri Siciliani 30-32, 9 minutes from the apartment.
