Comfortable apartment of 58 sqm, can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the second floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in the Porta Romana district, full of all services and well connected by public transport.
The property consists of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen utensils), sofa, dining table, desk, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, washing machine, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are some steps in the entrance hall of the building.
At the entrance to the bathroom there is a step.
The shower tray is raised. The camera is placed between the 2 entrance doors, i.e. between the armored door and the small door

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each used linen kit.

The apartment is located in the district of Porta Romana. The area is excellent, as there are many bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial activities within walking distance of the property. In addition, Corso XXII Marzo, one of the most renowned streets in the city with its shops and an important bookshop, is less than 10 minutes from the apartment. The area is well served by public transport, which allows you to reach the main attractions of the city as well as the main stations in a few minutes (alternatively, it is possible to reach the centre with a walk of less than half an hour).

To reach the main points of interest of the city:
- Vittorio Formentano Park: 6 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II: 18 minutes by public transport - 26 minutes on foot;
- Museum of the Twentieth Century: 18 minutes by public transport;
- Via Monte Napoleone (shopping street): 21 minutes by public transport;
- Parco Sempione and Castello Sforzesco: 30 minutes by public transport;
- Pinacoteca di Brera: 30 minutes by public transport;
- Navigli: 38 minutes by public transport.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 30 minutes by taking the bus n. 73 direction "Via Gonzaga before Piazza Diaz" from the airport to the stop "Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo" (11 stops)from which you can walk for 10 minutes to the apartment or you can take the bus n. 62 direction "Porta Romana M3" to the stop "Via Cadore Via Spartaco" (2 stops), 2 minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 6 km from the property (about 15 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport you can reach the apartment in less than an hour and a half with the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, from which you can take the bus n. 92 direction "Lodi M3" from the stop "Stazione Centrale Via Tonale" (2 minutes walk from the station) to the stop "Via Maestri Campionesi", 5 minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 66 km from the property (60 minutes by car/taxi).

- From the Central Station you can reach the apartment in less than 30 minutes by taking the bus n. 92 direction "Lodi M3" from the stop "Stazione Centrale Via Tonale" (2 minutes walk from the station) to the stop "Via Maestri Campionesi"5 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however, there are several garages and paid parking spaces nearby. A 3-minute walk from the apartment is the Fogazzaro Garage, in Via Antonio Fogazzaro 31.
