The property is just a 15-minute walk from the Polo Universitario del Politecnico di Milano - Bovisa. A neighborhood of day very popular with young people and students, the evening is quieter and with many Italian and ethnic restaurants. The area is well connected by public transport, the metro stop M3 Dergano is 250 m far from the apartment.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, hidden single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dining table;

- BALCONY.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

- From Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M3 Yellow to the stop "Dergano", 3 minutes on foot from the property.
