Cozy apartment perfect for two people, recently renovated and equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located in an enviable position: in the immediate vicinity of the historic center and all points of interest within easy walking distance, in an area full of shops and clubs, and just a 10-minute walk from the sea and the first beach. Pesaro station is only 800 meters away.

The 43 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa, dining table and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
We report the presence of video surveillance cameras that capture the front door.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person. Children under 14 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity are all the historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre. The Palazzo Ducale and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as are the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot. Privileged location, with immediate access to shops, clubs and all essential services such as such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket are located within 500 meters.

- From Ancona airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus line C to Falconara Marittima station, from here the regional train to Pesaro and then on foot in 10 minutes.

- From Pesaro station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes (900 meters).

- If you travel by car, street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines.
