Wide and cozy 130 sqm apartment with balcony, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, organized on two levels (ground floor and first floor). The property enjoys a quiet and relaxing location, in the hilly area just outside the center of Lucca, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony and two assigned parking spaces.

The apartment is structured on two levels:
GROUND FLOOR:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs and TV (with satellite to see channels in foreign languages).

FIRST FLOOR (PLEASE NOTE: there are 12 steps to access the first floor):
- BEDROOM I with double bed, armchair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
A baby bed is available.
Two assigned uncovered parking spaces are included.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon check-in as required by the Municipality of Lucca: € 1.50 per person per night (only for the first three nights). Residents in Lucca and children under the age of 14 are exempt.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.

A member of our Team Lucca will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or direct messaging service.
We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique.

The apartment is located in the hilly area just outside the center of Lucca, in a quiet but at the same time strategic position since the city center can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes. The area features the main services, including bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy.
Once you reach the historic center, you will have the opportunity to admire the charm and the characteristic architecture of Lucca.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Piazza dell'Anfiteatro;
- Palazzo Pfanner, San Michele in Foro Church and Delle Ore Tower;
- Giunigi Tower;
- San Martino Cathedral.

- Bar Il Bocconcino: 7 minutes on foot / 1 minute by car;
- Zio Jo (pizzeria): 10 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car;
- La Bottega di Emma (grocery store): 15 minutes on foot / 2 minutes by car.

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Centrale railway station thanks to the PISAMOVER service, from where it is possible to take the regional train to Lucca station. Once arrived at the station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 53 to "Via Sant’Alessio Civico 42" stop, an 8-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 36 km from the property, about 30/40 minutes by car.

- If you are traveling by car, the property is located outside the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL). Two uncovered parking spaces are included inside the property.
