Comfortable 60sqm apartment, able to accomodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor, without lift, of a cozy two-storey building. The building is located a few minutes on foot from Piazza Attias, a popular residential area from which it is possible to reach the historic center either on foot (15 minutes) or via public transportation.
It is possible to park in the surrounding streets for free or for a fee (white or blue lines).
The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.
-BEDROOM 2: two single beds (pull-out), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
-LIVING AREA: dining table, sofa, TV.
-KITCHENETTE: hob, fridge, oven, microwave and kettle.
- BATHROOM: shower box, sink, toilet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryier.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to Livorno historic center, an ideal position for visiting the city comfortably on foot or by public transportation.
In about 10 minutes on foot, it is possible to reach the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".
From there, in 10 minutes on foot or by public transportation line 4 / LAM ROSSA, it is possible to cross the canal and reach Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), the Fortezza Nuova and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.
From Piazza della Repubblica, it is also possible to access Via Grande, the main shopping street in the city. From there, in a few minutes on foot, you will reach the Buontalenti's Central Market, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products of the area.
Also in Piazza della Repubblica it is possible to find the stop of LAM BLU line, thanks to which it is possible to reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes, an evocative place where it is possible to admire breathtaking sunsets while walking on the seafront.
