KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM I with a double bed, a wardrobe, an armchair and TV.
BEDROOM II with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV.
BEDROOM III with a single sofa bed and a wardrobe.
BATHROOM sink, shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
SERVICE BATHROOM with sink and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE air conditioning (1 split - in the corridor), pocket wifi, washing machine, iron and clothes horse.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trieste, equal to EUR 2.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:
- from 21.30 to 23.00: € 25,00;
- from 23.00 to 24.00: € 30,00;
- from 24:00 to 01.30: € 40,00.
