The excellent location, adjacent to the Villa Reale and less than 10 minutes walk from the historic center, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its splendid monuments.
The 42 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevaror and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with queen sofa bed, split AC and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- 20sqm terrace equipped with table and chairs x4
- Balcony.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
