Characteristic stone building located in the center of Moltrasio, a town in a strategic position just 9km from the center of Como and 25km from Menaggio! The house is leaning on a rock wall and built in stone typical of the Municipality of Moltrasio which, in addition to a pleasant aesthetic, is able to isolate the apartment from the cold external temperature of winter and high summer temperatures: you will have the opportunity to stay in a historic and authentic house of Larian architecture!
The 70sqm apartment is located in the pedestrian area and can be reached from the street via a municipal stone staircase: it is therefore not possible to reach the entrance of the house by car. Possibility of free street parking on Via Besana (at the beginning of the staircase), a bit difficult to find in high season.
The house is located on the mezzanine floor and internally consists of:
-Living area with sofa, dining table and open kitchen equipped with gas hob, refrigerator and microwave.
-Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
-Bathroom with bidet and shower box.
Additional services available to guests: washing machine, baby coat, unlimited WIFI, smart TV in the living room, independent heating.
Please note: There is NO air conditioning.
ATTENTION: there is work in progress in the apartment located 2 floors above. Possibility of noise and possible inconvenience.
The entire accommodation is available to guests!
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The payment of the tourist tax is expected to the Municipality of Moltrasio, for the first 7 days. The amount is 1 Euro per day per person. Minors up to the age of 11 and the handicapped are exempt. The tax is paid from April 1st to October 31st
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
