- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes stand;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax equal to 1 euro per person up to 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st, as requested by the Municipality of Cernobbio. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Cernobbio is an exceptional location, famous especially for Villa d'Este, 11 minutes on foot from the apartment.
The property is located in a neighborhood full of all amenities, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
It is possible to reach the centre of Como by local public transport, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the property. The boat landing stage, an elegant Art Nouveau canopy from which the boat arrives and departs, can be reached in just 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
The property boasts a central location, a few steps from Villa Erba, home of congresses, fairs and events (5 minutes walk); and from the lakeside promenade, ideal for long walks (7 minutes walk).

- La Nuova Pergola (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot;
- Bar Visconti: 1 minute on foot;
- Lidl (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot;
- Mascetti Pharmacy: 2 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is located two minutes walk from the bus stop Como Centro - Menaggio.
The boat landing stage is 7 minutes walk from the property - 550 m.

- From Como San Giovanni Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus N6 from the stop of "Como - s. rocchetto" (3 minutes walk) to the stop of "Cernobbio - bernasconi (kindergarten)" (12 stops), 1 minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by car/taxi in 14 minutes (6 Km).

- If you are travelling by car, parking is included. It is possible to park inside the shared courtyard (FREE - NOT allocated). Please note that the entrance door can accommodate standard sized machines.
