LOWER LEVEL on the ground floor with living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette equipped with 4-burner stove, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave. Toilet with washing machine, bidet and shower box.
UPPER LEVEL on the first floor accessible via a staircase with queen bed, TV, small walk-in closet and second bathroom with bidet and bathtub.
Additional services available to the guests: unlimited WI-FI, independent heating, A/C with split in the living room and on the mezzanine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
