Cozy apartment perfect for 2 guests is located near the Olympic Stadium, Pala Alpitour, Lingotto, a few minutes from the University of Economics and Polytechnic, 10 / 15min from the city center. The house is equipped with every comfort including: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, kitchen equipped with everything you need.

This 60 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift.
- LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner and TV.
- BEDROOM: equipped with a queen bed and wardrobe
- KITCHEN CORNER: with dining area, fridge with freezer, hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and moka.
- BATHROOM: with bathtub, shower and bidet.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: limited pocket WIFI 100 gb, air conditioning (1 split - in the bedroom), independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B. In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
-the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, each additional set € 8.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival.
