The 120 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with elevator (two steps to access it) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, large fridge with built-in ice machine, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, traditional oven and microwave;
- First and very spacious bedroom with queen bed, 42 "TV with dolby surround, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box;
- Second bedroom with queen bed and clothes stand;
- Second external toilet (there are two steps to access it) with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower head.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, two fans, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The apartment is located in the city center, in the uniqueness of the alleys of Genoa, small narrow streets typical of Ligurian architecture that offer evocative views of extraordinary beauty. The main places of interest can be reached with a walk of just five minutes: the Aquarium, Via Garibaldi and the museum area, Palazzo Ducale and Piazza Ferrari; while in 10 minutes you can easily reach the Royal Palace, the House of Christopher Columbus and the unmissable Belvedere Castelletto, where you can admire a unique and breathtaking view.
Near the flat it is possible to find many taverns and restaurants offering typical Genoese cuisine combined with fresh fish dishes. The area is also served by all kinds of services for a comfortable stay: within 130 meters there are pharmacies, bars, supermarkets and tobacconists.

- From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 45 minutes, taking bus LINE n. 1 from the "Siffredi 3/ALBARETO" stop (13 minutes walk from the airport) to the "Caricamento/acquario" stop, a 4 minute walk from the property.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 10 minutes by underground from the "Principe" stop (4 minutes walk from the station) to the "San Giorgio" stop (2 stops), a 3-minute walk from the property .

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment cannot be reached by car (pedestrian area): the closest paid parking is the "Park Marina Porto Antico", in Calata Salumi 6R, 600m from the flat.
