The museums of Via Garibaldi and the Royal Palace are also easily reachable, as well as the Zecca-Righi funicular, and at 600m you will find the famous Villa del Principe, with its wonderful gardens! The location is also convenient in order to reach the commercial Port and passenger/cruise terminal!

You arrive by car or on foot in front of the door n. 19, go up 7 +1 steps, then go down one floor. Access is therefore from the third floor of the building. There is a second entrance from Salita San Rocco, but with several steps.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.
We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

The apartment is located in San Teodoro area, in Granarolo district. San Teodoro area takes its name from the old church demolished in 1870, in order to extend the port infrastructure and rebuilt close to the original site.
The central core of the area consists of Fassolo old village, alligned along the homonymous street between Dinegro square and Principe square, old road axis now sided by modern streets like B. Buozzi and Adua, that face the port.
Granarolo district is a little higher up, always in San Teodoro area. Granarolo is a rural old village and a vacation site, and it's located on the way that once lead to Val Polcevera from San Tomaso (Principe Square). Along the hill, you can find the old church S. Maria of Granarolo.
You can reach the district from Principe square by the characteristc cable car.
The apartment is surrounded by supermarkets and pharmacies, and from its convenient position you can easily reach points of interest such as: Garibaldi street and Palazzo Reale Museums, Zecca-Righi funicular, the famous Villa Principe, the Commercial port and the city passenger/cruise terminal.
The apartment is reachable by car, and there's a free parking below the house, although it's not guaranteed.
