The space
The 60 m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building (we point out the presence of some steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and electric oven;
- Living area with sofa;
- Bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe;
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle;
- Balcony equipped with table and chairs

Allocated uncovered parking space (suitable for standard sized cars)

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
