Cozy and spacious apartment that accommodates 4 people with great comfort, located in Vanchiglia district, at the gates of historic center, easily reachable by public transport or a 15-minute walk. The flat boasts a double exposure with a balcony and a little terrace, a bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Ideal for those who want to visit the city in comfort!
The space
The 70 m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed and TV
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), dining table, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave oven, kitchen utensils, toaster, access to the balcony;
-BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, central heating, washer/dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 2 fans

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
