The property is located in the Gioberti area, a lively district, full of services and well served by public transport, ideal for visiting the city while staying away from the chaos of the historic centre.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The area enjoys a strategic position and is a short distance from the Artemio Franchi Stadium and the Nelson Mandela Forum (ideal for football and concert lovers). The center is easily reachable by public transport or with a walk and, once reached, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot.
