Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;

Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taxi/car in 7 minutes, depending on traffic (4.3 km).

- From the Santa Maria Novella railway station, it is possible to reach the accomodation by taking bus n. 17 to “Cascine Piazzale Kennedy” stop, about 14 minutes on foot from the property.

- For those travelling by car, you can park for a fee on the blue stripes in the vicinity of the property.
