The apartment is located in the heart of the city, an enviable location, between Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Pitti, symbols of the city of Florence. Very central 38sqm apartment made by a living room with single sofa bed and dining area. Kitchen equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and electric oven. The bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. Further facilities available to guests: TV, WIFI, heating, hairdryer, iron, clothes dryer, fan.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment in about 15 minutes by C2 line "Stazione Via Panzani" stop to "Clarks Orsamichele" stop, 5 minutes away from the house.
If you're travelling by car, we inform you that the apartment is located inside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, so please pay attention to the accesses.
It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Jacopo street, 10, just 2 minutes away from the apartment.
